Welding
We specialise in the custom production of complex small-to-medium mechanical components with a total weight of up to 5 tons, including machining and final assembly.
We work with a wide range of materials:
- Carbon steels - including unalloyed C-Mn steels, high-strength fine-grained steels such as Weldox, wear-resistant steels like Hardox, low-alloy heat-resistant steels, difficult-to-weld high-carbon steels, and more.
- Stainless steel,s - including austenitic and ferritic grades, heat-resistant and stabilized steels.
- Alloys - including nickel-based alloys (such as Inconel), bronze alloys based on CuAl and CuSn, and aluminium alloys based on AlMg and AlSi.
- Weld overlays- including hardfacing, diffusion barriers, heterogeneous stainless overlays on carbon steel, homogeneous overlays for part restoration, and functional surface enhancements (such as sealing surfaces or wear-resistant areas).
Renovation – we carry out the restoration of worn mechanical parts by welding filler material with required properties, followed by machining. Restored components offer the same performance as new parts at significantly lower cost. We perform renovations on all the materials and combinations listed above.

All welders and operators are certified according to ČSN EN ISO 9606-1 and ČSN EN ISO 14732.
Welding supervision is qualified according to ČSN EN ISO 14731 (EWE, EWT).
We maintain qualified welding procedures (WPQR) certified under ČSN EN ISO 15614-1, DNV OS-C401, and Lloyd’s Register Rules.
Machining
We provide machining services in cooperation with our trusted partner company.
Final assembly
We offer final assembly of components we have manufactured, based on customer specifications.
Technical consulting and support
Based on our years of experience, we offer expert consulting in the following areas:
- Weldability of materials – including procedures and guidelines for welding various metals and alloys.
- Welding procedure qualification - according to ČSN EN ISO 15614-1 to 15614-7, as well as international standards such as DNV OS-C401, Lloyd’s Register Rules, AWS D1.1, ASME Code and others.
