Desulfurization Furnace Burner Renovation

The burner head was made of super-ferritic stainless steel, which is a very brittle and hard material. The tube was formed from sheet metal by high-temperature bending. The burner operates in extreme conditions. A custom-designed duplex alloy was used for welding, which can withstand those demanding conditions.
